When attempting to load supplier banks form interface table,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Supplier Banks do not get loaded into the system from the interface tables.

In the sqlloader log file:

Record 2: Rejected - Error on table IBY_TEMP_PMT_INSTR_USES, column PRIMARY_FLAG.
ORA-12899: value too large for column "FUSION"."IBY_TEMP_PMT_INSTR_USES"."PRIMARY_FLAG" (actual: 2, maximum: 1)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
3. Financials offering
4. Look for Supplier Bank option
5. Import supplier bank file


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load supplier banks which means no ACH payments.
