Symptoms

Upon trying to import customers using spreadsheet, the following errors are encountered:

Unable to retrieve error message. Log a service request and reference error code HZ_WRONG_PARTY_TYPE

or

HZ_WRONG _PARTY_TYPE : The party type is invalid because you can only use the person, organization, or group party type.
