What is the role/duty/privilege associated with being able to view Projected balances?

When logged in as myself, I can pull up my Accrual Plan Balance for Sick in Time > Maintain Absence Records screen, under Accrual Balances, switch to the Details tab, select a future Balance Calculation Date, click the arrow, and view my projected balances as identified by a green check in the Projected column.

I'm not able to do that with our current Absence role for employees - for i.e. employee Jessica, the expectation is to see two rows for Projected Period accruals for 11/1/2017 and 12/1/2017, but I do not.
