User Groups and accesses to campaigns (Doc ID 2356216.1)

I have created two groups. One which contains all current users on our account along with the ability to see all campaigns. In the second user group, I have added Test User, and given him the ability to see one campaign. As expected, when I logged into the this Test user, I was only able to see the expected campaign. However, I did notice that this user can see the recent activity box and when I clicked on one of the campaign links in the recent activity log, I could actually access this campaign. Is there a way to ensure that the user can only see that campaign, and makes sure that there are no other ways to access other campaigns?
