Custom Fields For Activities Not Displaying on Non-WBS Activity Detail Report ~ Instantis EnterpriseTrack R17.1 (Doc ID 2356339.1)

When running the Non-WBS Activity Detail Report, when ran is not displaying the Custom fields as desired.  Expectation is that the fields would be filterable based on "Display in Filter" set to yes in configuration.

STEPS to Verify

1. Log in as Application Configurator, or as user with permission to run  "Non-WBS Activity Detail" Report
2. Navigate to Reports > Global Reports > Listing Report
3. Run the Report

Non-WBS Report  is not showing the custom fields

NOTE:  The "Display in Filter" for the Activity Custom fields is stating NO, but were configured to say YES.
