Fusion Workforce Compensation: Approvals Still Showing Submit For Approval When Configured To Disable Submit

Approvals still showing Submit for Approval when configured to disable submit
Configure approval selection is not being reflected on the worksheet. The configuration selection is "Approve Anytime" "Disable Submit" however, the Submit for Approval button is still appearing on the landing page. I've backed out the plan and relaunched but still seeing submit for approval. Please see attached XML and screenshots.
When the configuration is setup to 'Disable Submit' the Submit for approval button should not appear on landing page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access plan via compensation
2. Configure approvals to have 'Approve anytime' and 'Disable submit'
3. Save config changes
4. Start the comp plan
5. Access plan and 'Submit for Approval' button is showing.
