Lead Email Notification Body Does Not Contain Any Contents

On : version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

The customer has a defined a Workflow to send an email notification when a Lead is created in Sales Cloud. However, when the email notification is sent its body is empty.

The Leads are creating in the Oracle Sales Cloud via the integration with Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua).

The notification email body should not be empty and should contain the content as defined in the email template.
