- Verify what data is being collected in twitter report (whether it is tweets or re-tweets or replies) for tweet count case and responded massages .

- Is there a way to change the way the data is displayed ( for example show total of responded massages instead of number of massaged responded hourly) .

- Our business are interested in having a report for direct massages and one for public massages , is that achievable in SRM
