Show territories does not appear In the team tab of some accounts

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Show territories does not appear In the team tab of some accounts, the option to view territories is not available. accounts with problems do not allow the allocation of territory.
Customer would like to understand why this is happening and how to solve this problem.

Account with problem - Party ID -> 30000001111213132

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounts should be all assigned to territories as long as they have allocation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Account and Drilldown on Account
3. Navigate to Team Member subtab
4. Show Territory is not available

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see what are the territories assigned to accounts and that is stopping them from working on their territories and accounts
