When attempting to access the P6 Professional Click once client install, the following error occurs:
An error occurred attempting to install P6Professional
The log file displays the following error:
URLDownloadToCacheFile failed with HRESULT '-2146697191'
Error: An error occurred trying to download 'https://<service name>-p6.oracleindustry.com/p6professionalcloud/x64/P6Professional.application'.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the production environment's cloud portal
- Click the 'Install' link
