Error: "An error occurred attempting to install P6 Professional" When Attempting to Install P6 Professional Using ClickOnce (Doc ID 2356767.1)

When attempting to access the P6 Professional Click once client install, the following error occurs:

An error occurred attempting to install P6Professional

The log file displays the following error:

URLDownloadToCacheFile failed with HRESULT '-2146697191'
Error: An error occurred trying to download 'https://<service name>'.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the production environment's cloud portal
  2. Click the 'Install' link
