Symptoms

In Manage Approval Groups (BPM Worklist Page), icons and buttons do not display correctly on page.  This same issue is also seen on the users preferences page.


Issue replication steps:
1. Logon to Instance
2. Go to Setup and Maintenance
3. Search for Manage Approval
4. Select Manage Approval Groups for Financials
5. New Window Opens
BPM Worklist Page is not displayed correctly. Icons and Buttons do not display correctly on page.
