Issue Seen :
Unable to connect to PBCS instance from OAC after following steps in following KM Doc : How to integrate OAC with PBCS (Doc ID 2342461.1)
The error can be manisted in different forms :
a)Importing metadata from PBCS instance in Admintool fails and following error is seen in AdminTool log
