Wallet File Location Not Populated In Manage System Security Options Page After Creating The Wallet (Doc ID 2357451.1)

Wallet File Location field in Manage System Security Options UI is blank after creating wallet.

Steps to reproduce:

Setup and Maintenance
Navigate to task Manage System Security Options
Click on "Apply Quick Defaults" button
Select "Automatically create wallet file and master encryption key" options and save
Wallet is created but Wallet File Location field is not populated with wallet details.
Previously this used to be populated with <path>/cwallet.sso file
