Order Stuck In Packed Status (Doc ID 2357461.1)

On :  8.0.0 version, Core Product Functionality.

In Order screen, order 8102002848 is stuck in "In Packing" status after picking. There are 2 allocations for this order, the first one (item 613-8) is completed as it was packed in OBLPN A711145 (and shipped) and the other one is allocated only (item 793-5). This last one doesn't have OBLPN and task number so it cannot be finished.

Second allocation for order 8102002848 should have the required data such as OBLPN number to finish packing.

The issue cannot be reproduced but it can be verified:
1. Go to UI>Allocation screen
2. Search for Order 8102002848
3. You will see one allocation completed and the other one without OBLPN number
