User not able to see record list in Accounts and Opportunity Object

User is not able to view any record when trying to access through advance saved search list through Record Set as 'I own ', 'I am on the team ','I am on the team or territory' -- Even though he is a owner in a account and a team member in another account . he is not able to see the list through the above record set

User is only able to see the record using record set ' All record I can see'

User should be able to access its data

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as User
2. navigate to Accounts
3. you cannot see any records

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see any records which is impacting their business
