500 Internal Server Error When Launching Prime Field iOS Application

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to launch Prime Field app on an iOS device, the following errors occur and users may have to log on multiple times to get a successful connection:
Can not continue
500 (Internal Server Error)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Launch Prime Field app from iPad
- Observe the errors
