500 Internal Server Error When Launching Prime Field iOS Application (Doc ID 2357520.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to launch Prime Field app on an iOS device, the following errors occur - users may have to log on multiple times to get a successful connection -

ERROR
Can not continue
500 (Internal Server Error)

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch Prime Field app from iPad
  2. Observe the errors
