Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Spreadsheet loader missing key function buttons to Save, Upload Etc.

Client User followed all the steps provided, the spreadsheet is loading, however no buttons (such as save, upload) are appearing in excel


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Functional buttons/links should be available in the excel for use by user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Benefits > Evaluation and Reporting
2. Click on Person Data Loaders
3. Click no 'Go to task' for desired Workbook
4. Upload buttons are not available.
