[OMC] Time in IIS Log is Different from the Server Time Zone In Log Analytics (Doc ID 2357659.1)

Symptoms

After adding an IIS log to Oracle Management Cloud (OMC) Log Analytics, there is 9 hours gap because IIS log file format Time field contains the time in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

 


For instance, Current Time(Server, OMC Portal): 14:00 vs. Time in IIS Log: 05:00

 

 

As shown below, UTC is in use in the portal, however KST(UTC+9) is actually written to the log.
