Engage Assigning Messages - No Reply Box shown for the assigned user (Doc ID 2357668.1)

Within Engage dashboard whereby once a message is assigned to one of our users, there is no reply box for them to respond.

Specifically, Customer have assigned messages coming through our FB to a user. Though she is listed as an administrator for that account within that bundle, she has no option to reply to messages.

Can you please look into the permissions for us so that we can continue to assign tasks across accounts/users?
