Symptoms

On : 8.0.0 version, Scheduled Jobs

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Input IAP files are not being processed from Input Folder in SFTP

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
IAP files should get processed through SFTP and appear in WMS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Drop an IAP file in Input folder in SFTP
2. It will not get processed
