Behavior of object validations differ between Sales Account Resource and Activity Assignee

We have the same object validation rule on all "team" objects (e.g. Sales Account Resource, Activity Assignee,...), but noticed that the behavior differs between them.
If we add a new Activity Assignee, who violates the condition of the object validation rule, it is possible to remove the offending resource. The user can edit the Activity normally afterwards.
If we add an incorrect Sales Account Resource and try to remove the resource after the error message appeared, the error keeps appearing. The user can edit the Account only after closing and re-opening it.

Is there any possibility to have the behavior of Activity Assignee for Sales Account Resource and Opportunity Resource as well?
