Symptoms

When some Business Process Records are auto-created within a Project, the auto-created Record is being populated with incorrect data. The Project Name field on the Upper Form is being populated with a project name from a different Project/Shell..

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The Data Element on the Upper Form (ProjectShell_Name) should get auto-populated with the same Data Element from the Shell attribute Form.

The auto-created Record is designed to auto-populate data the 'Project Name' Data Element with data from the Project's Detail Form (Shell Attribute Form). In this case, the Project Name should get pulled from the Project Details form and be populated on the auto-created Record's Upper Form.
