Using Oracle Fusion Planning Central Cloud Service / Demand Planning
Running 12.1,
When attempting to perform Demand Planning,
after setting 'Round Order quantities = Yes' and
confirming the forecast Measures use Decimal Places = 0,
find that forecast quantities can include fractional quantities.

Expect forecast quantities to be in integer values.

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Define Measure Definition:

Format Measures:
Adjusted Shipment Forecast
Final Shipment Forecast
Shipments Forecast
Shipments Forecast MAD
Shipments Forecast MAPE
Shipments Forecast Bias

where all of the above show
Data Type Number
Display Option Value
Decimal Places 0

2. Display a table using the above measures

3. Observe decimal values like 9.764, 33.132 and so on for the noted forecast measures.
