Symptoms

When attempting login to P6 Professional with client side cache enabled, the following error occurs if the "Reinitialize Local Cache" checkbox is not selected:

The sync operation stopped unexpectedly. Reconnect or contact your administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Using Pro Connect
  2. Do not check the "Reinitialize Local Cache" checkbox
  3. Attempt login and note the reported issue which occurs.
