Issue With Territory Assignment For Account

We have configured territories based on below dimensions-
3.Customer Auxiliary 1(Custom field named Industry Code)
4.Customer Auxiliary 2(Custom field named Key Account)
Setup is completed in both staging and production environment, but we are facing some issues in assigning territories in production environment. Extra territories are being assigned in production environment when creating account with same details in production environment. We have checked the configuration and dimensions and coverage's seem to be same, steps to replicate are as below-
1.Create account with address and Customer Auxiliary 1 value in staging
2.Check the territories tab.
3.Now create account with same details in production environment.
4.Extra territories being assigned.
