Failure to upload PDF files to /files Endpoint

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In some cases, a customer cannot upload a file (PDF to be specific) and they are getting a 404. Then when they make the call to retrieve the files they are not there. Note that the issue will not occur when they try to do this with with a simple text file. If you are seeing errors uploading a simple text file, please be advised it is likely another issue. This issue is specific to certain file types failing (PDF's) while others are successful.
