ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to update daily rates from Euro to Singapore Dollar

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Manage Daily Rates task should show all the currency that got added from the given data in the Excel file

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Daily Rates > No data is shown


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The impact is in Production instance - the users could not close the Opportunities as the exchange rates are not available in the system from 2018 onwards
