Emails Not Sent After Sales Campaign Completed Successfully

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
The email is not being sent to the contact's email address after Sales Campaign has executed to 'Complete' status.
The contact should be receiving the email once the Sales Campaign goes to 'Complete' status
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sales campaign
2. Select a contact to send the email to
3. Launch the campaign
