Data Is Missing On Case Listing But Not On CIOMS-II (Doc ID 2358666.1)

Symptoms

When extracting the data by using case listing, sometimes some data already entered in case form is not printed out.
For the same case, Age and Sex values are printed on CIOMS-II though they are not on Case Listing.
