Getting "Action Unsuccessful Message" error in Engage when replying to Facebook DM

On : N/A version, Engage

Users have been facing the "Action Unsuccessful" message intermittently when attempting to respond to a Facebook direct message
"Error. Action un successful. Please try again."

"Error. Action unsuccessful. Please try again."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open a message from SRM Engage > click Reply
2. error appears in the right side of the application

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot respond to DMs through SRM dashboard.
