Oracle sales Cloud Mobile App (CX cloud) authentication failed

Customer was trying to connect the oracle mobile CX cloud app and getting authentication error

Same user can login using SSO authentication in SUI

User authentication has failed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to login to CX mobile

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to CX mobile
