User Email Not Showing Up

On : version, Territory Management, Quotas

User email not showing up

Oracle Sales Cloud, production instance.
Customer has created user on Manage Users.
Set up looks correct with username and email add, check on Security Console and Email address reflects.
But then when they go to Territories, to add as Team Member and Child Territory, they can find his name but the email address won't show up.

User email should show up with no issue

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Territories
3. Search for a user
4. Email is missing

User cannot be found with email which is impacting user availability in the system
