'Switch To' functionality Under 'Settings And Options' Is Not Presented In Fusion Application Homepage (Doc ID 2359548.1)

Symptoms

  Prior to the R12 upgrade, customer can access the proxy via the Switch To in the list of values on the Settings and Options drop down on the Home Springboard.
After upgrade, there is no Switch To in the drop down menu (refer below screen shot)


  However, when customer navigate to Opportunities or Accounts page, the Switch To is present in the drop down menu for the Settings and Options.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to fusion application, go to home screen

2. Click on user name on right top corner -> Switch To is not in the drop down menu

3.  Click Navigator -> Opportunity,  Then click on user name on right top corner -> Switch To is in the drop down menu
