Financial Plan Type Generation Source Option Not Working (Doc ID 2359674.1)

Symptoms

1. When creating a new Financial Plan, the Generation Source options set for the Financial Plan Type don't seem to apply.
Even though Generation source is set as Project Plan, when creating the budget version on the project, Generation source is defaulted as "Financial plan type" instead of "Project Plan"

2. When Creating the Financial plan using manage Project Financial plan types under Generation Options tab system does not provide an option to select generation source as Null, which is allowed in dev2 instance.
