When we put the user certificate and the rest of the certificates in the wallet, we can see the following error:

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1501
ORA-28768: bad magic number
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 380
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1441
ORA-06512: at line 1

Customer want to know, what is the best way to import a user certificate that is installed in a browser (IE 11, Firefox, etc.) into the wallet?
They need to access a site with a user certificate since they need to validate their selves on the site as a user to be able to carry out transactions.

With the Root/ Intermediate certificate, it works correctly.

They put the user certificate and the rest of the certificates in the wallet.
