CX Cloud Mobile - Customization Not Reflecting in Mobile App after P2T (Doc ID 2359957.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Cloud Mobile Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
R12 Mobile - Customization not reflecting in mobile app

We did a P2T.
Verified in app composer in test that the mobile customization have been brought over.

But when logging into the app using test server details the changes made to the mobile pages or the custom fields are not seen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When logs into mobile app should be able to see the customizations

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Do P2T that includes CX Mobile configurations
2. Open mobile app of test environment
3. customizations are not there

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the customizations on the mobile cx app
