Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Getting an error on import to change account owners.

ERROR
-----------------------
You must enter a party name. (HZ-120051) Cause: At least one of the required name fields in the HZ_IMP_PARTIES_T table is missing a value. Action: Enter ORGANIZATION_NAME for an organization. Enter PERSON_FIRST_NAME or PERSON_LAST_NAME or both for a person.

OR

The customer must have at least one address. (ZCA-210069)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage File Import Activities > Go to Task
3. Create Account import with the following mapping:
  OrganizationProfile.PartyOrigSystem
  OrganizationProfile.PartyOrigSystemReference
  SalesProfile.OwnerPartyID
4. The import ends in error

Due to this issue, unable to change the owner on accounts and the owner is not able to access them.
