Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.12.1.0.0 version, Trying to access Collections dashboard is getting error:

ERROR:

Gateway timeout error


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting to be able to access Collections dashboard

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Collections
  --> Collections Dashboard
3. Wait and observed the error described appears

Note: That is happening only to one user
