How to Change Or Modify Customer Profile Class? (Doc ID 2360337.1)

When we try to change Customer Profile is not available

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Receivable > Billinng > Task > Customer > Manage Customer > Select a Customer > Click on a Bill to address click on (T) Profile history:
Actions > Insert Record > Entry System date
Profile Class field is protected,
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users need change Profile Class to this customer.
 Company policies requires periodical credit studies that results in changes to profile class for different customers.
