GTMContact Element is Sent in Outbound XML Instead of the Contact Element. (Doc ID 2360518.1)

Symptoms

When using GTMContact element in the OUT XML Profile, the outbound xml contains the Contact element.
This is happening after Quarterly maintenance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Trade Master Data, Party Management, Party Manager
2. Select the Party
3. Go to Actions, Utilities, Send Interface Transmission

The outbound xml contains the Contact element, instead of GTMContact element.
