Search on custom field not showing up in global search results (Doc ID 2360663.1)

The global search indexing is setup to run every 4 hours however there have been reports that it is taking longer than 4 hours to see new records in the search.

The user should be able to see new records in global search results after no more than 4 hours.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Create a new account
4. Wait 4 hours
5. Search for the account in global search and it doesn't show up in the results

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users wait longer than 4 hours to see new records in global search results.
