Symptoms

Successfully installed cloud backup module for backup service endpoint in EU.

This is a single instance.

$ java -jar opc_install.jar -host https://<domain id>.eu.storage.oraclecloud.com/v1/Storage-<domain id> -opcId <user name> -opcPass <user password> -walletDir /<oracle home>/dbs/wallet -configFile /<oracle home>/dbs/opc<sid>.ora -libDir /<path>/lib -libPlatform linux64
