Goal

Explain how to verify and modify the list of Frequent Collaborators for a user.

A collaborator is a user added on a requisition to assist its owners in reviewing or modifying it.
The list of frequent collaborators for a user is a list of other users this person use often as collaborators on his requisitions. This list can easily be accessed when adding collaborators on a requisition.
