User unable to respond to Facebook direct message:

The user receives the following error: "Error. Action un successful. Please try again." when attempting to respond to a direct message.

User should be able to respond to DM without receiving error message.

Steps to reproduce: User visits message > selects to comment > selects account > types message > receives error after hitting send.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot respond to DM through SRM dashboard.
