The Benefit Rates Start Date, End Date and Entry Values are getting updated for employees enrolled in the Irish Life Pension Defined Contribution (IE SS) Plan.
The associated Life Event is Unrestricted Recalculate. Recalculate Unrestricted Participation Rates is scheduled to run daily because of which the Rate Start Date is getting updated. How do we stop the Rate Start Date and Rate from getting updated daily?
Even if we stop the Recalculate Unrestricted Participation Rates from running in PROD, please suggest the steps to be performed to correct the Rate STart Date for the affected employees in PROD.
There are 50 employees already showing as enrolled in the Plan, for whom the rates are getting updated with the same value everyday, and thus being picked by the HCM Extract which sends a feed to Payroll.
Customer is expecting salary change for around 200 employees. Some of these employees are enrolled in 'Irish Life Pension Defined Contribution (IE SS) Plan' which has Unrestricted Recalculate ' LE attached to it.Around 44 employees are enrolled to plan.
The question here is if not all these 44 employees has a salary change and if we run unrestricted enrollment process, will it change the coverage dates for all 44 employees even though not all 44 has a salary change.
In this case, if we want the rates and coverage to be changed should we have to use person selection formula to pick only employees who has a salary change or will the process itself will look into it.
At present, when the process is run for whole population, the coverage is getting changed for all 44 employees even though they do not have any change in their data.
