Users attempt to calculate and account taxes on receipt. Nonrecoverable tax are calculated on the PO (Purchase Order) charge account, but have a requirement to calculate and account all Nonrecoverable taxes on another expense account.
1. How to calculate and account all Nonrecoverable taxes on another expense account?
2. Is it possible to define account rule for Nonrecoverable tax and assign it to the sub-ledger entry rule?
3. Users have Purchasing licenses, but do not have Costing license. Is Costing license mandatory to achieve the above requirements?
