How to Disable Values Of Activity Status

Goal

Customer had 3 more values enabled for activity status in production than they had in test environment. They could not disable them in the Application Composer nor using task manage standard lookups.
They are using the table ZMM_ACTIVITY_STATUS_CD for this lookup. In the Application Composer and in the task they can only select additional values but cannot unselect enabled values.
