An 'Advanced' Business Process Log Does Not Load Record Data as Expected (Doc ID 2361689.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

An 'Advanced' Business Process (BP) log does not return record data as expected.  The system processes for a long time with no results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The 'Advanced' BP log should return record data accordingly.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier with the appropriate user access.
  2. Navigate to the affected Shell and drill down to the impacted BP 'Advanced' Log.
  3. Observe reported behavior.
