An 'Advanced' Business Process Log Does Not Load Record Data As Expected

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 16.2.9.1, Unifier User Mode

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An 'Advanced' Business Process (BP) log does not return record data as expected.  The system processes for a long time with no results. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The 'Advanced' BP log should return record data accordingly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier with the appropriate user access
  2. Navigate to the affected Shell and drill down to the impacted BP 'Advanced' Log
  3. This is when the Processing wheel is instantiated and spins indefinitely

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the 'Advanced' BP log
