Users Cannot Access the Documents Node Under Document Manager in Unifier When Using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are unable to access the Documents node under Document Manager in Unifier when using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11).
Documents under Document Manager should be accessible in Unifier.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to the Cloud Portal.
- Click Unifier.
- Open a Project/Shell <SHELL>.
- Expand the Document Manager node.
- Click Document.
- The panel on the right never finishes loading.
