Symptoms

When attempting to add DCL Custom Field, the following error occurs.

Warning!
Sorry! An unexpected error occurred, your application could not be saved. Please contact System Administrator/Support for further assistance.

Reproducible Steps

1. Log into CX Mobile
2. Navigate to Service Request
3. Custom Field : DCL --> Field Name : 서비스기회 --> add
4. Save
5. Getting below error:
    Warning!
    Sorry! An unexpected error occurred, your application could not be saved. Please contact System Administrator/Support for further assistance.

Due to this issue, users cannot add DCL Custom Field to CX Mobile
